Life's Transitions

Change is one of the few constants in life. Some transitions are expected — graduating, getting married, becoming a parent, changing careers, retiring. Others arrive suddenly — the loss of a loved one, a breakup, a health diagnosis, or an unexpected move. Whether welcomed or uninvited, life’s transitions often leave us feeling ungrounded, overwhelmed, or unsure of who we are becoming.

Even positive changes can bring emotional challenges. What we gain in one moment can also come with loss — of identity, routine, connection, or direction. When the life you’ve known shifts, it’s natural to experience grief, confusion, anxiety, or a deep sense of uncertainty.

I can offer a supportive space to:

  • Pause and process what’s changing

  • Grieve what’s been lost or left behind

  • Clarify who you are and what matters now

  • Rebuild your sense of identity and direction

  • Find strength, meaning, and possibility in the unknown

Whether you’re navigating a personal transition — like divorce, a career change, or becoming an empty-nester — or a larger life passage such as midlife, retirement, or healing from trauma, you don’t have to do it alone. These are not just changes in circumstances; they are thresholds into new chapters of your life.

In therapy, we’ll work together to help you integrate what’s been, embrace what is, and step into what’s next — with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion.

You’re allowed to grow, shift, and begin again — at any age, and at any stage.
